Community Education Programs & Lectures
Boston Ballet offers several dance education programs designed
for all dance afficionados including Dance Talks and
Informances.
Enrichment Workshops,
adaptable for groups of all ages, are lively and interactive
overviews of the dance world with a focus on the art of ballet.
Workshops are a wonderful way to introduce newcomers to the art
form or to engage seasoned fans in new ways.
Boston Ballet II is an exciting group of
young dancers that perform with Boston Ballet and separately in the
Greater Boston Community.
Dancetalks is a presentation series
designed to better acquaint audience members with dance and Boston
Ballet itself.
Pre-Curtain Talks are free, informal
preludes, held one hour before certain evening performances.
Ballet in the Balcony
invites public schools and non-profit community groups in the
Boston area to experience the beauty and magic of world-class
ballet at discount prices.
Each year, Boston Ballet donates complimentary tickets to
support fundraising efforts by non-profit organizations in the
Greater Boston area.
